Morning coffee and afternoon tea; lunches, pre concert suppers and evening meals are all on offer. We use local seasonal produce, with over 60% being organic, plus a small but growing % from our two allotments..
We have a great selection of books to peruse and read with some available to buy as well as a small selection of useful or edible items for sale.
Outside tables for summer evenings and crisp winter mornings are popular and the views are fantastic.

Mains of Drum Garden Centre
Our beautiful restaurant overlooks the rolling hills of Deeside with many tables having window seats and French doors to take advantage of our position. We change our menu daily and pride ourselves on using local produce. There is always a vegetarian option and you can choose from a healthy open sandwich to a full hearty roast dinner. We have an alcohol licence so you can accompany your meal with a glass of your favourite wine from our wine list.
We enjoy catering for small groups who use our restaurant to meet up or for birthdays and special occasions. We also welcome coach parties and have facilities for the disabled. In addition to this we have special evenings in the restaurant from time to time and you can find details of these on our website.
The restaurant opens daily 9am to 4.30pm and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Now under the ownership (September 2010) of Neil & Julie Rae of the AA rosetted Milton Restaurant, Banchory, the Raemoir House Hotel is open daily to non residents where we offer for Morning Coffee and Mary's Scones, Lunches, Suppers and Dinner. We also serve afternoon tea with an indulgent champagne option throughout the afternoon.
In the quiet seclusion of 11 acres of parkland the Hotel sits just to the north of Banchory at the foot of the Hill of Fare. The magnificent granite Georgian mansion has stood since 1817 but was first used as a hotel in 1943 by the inimitable Kit Sabine and Peggy Jordan. Their hospitality was second to none and established Raemoir as one of the leading Country House Hotels in Scotland - a goal that Neil and Julie are looking to recreate.
