I WAS a bit miffed when my husband told me he had booked the Cow Shed for a romantic Valentine’s lunch. Oh how romantic, I thought. But what’s in a name? Well, in this case it’s a new kid on the block, the Cow Shed restaurant on Banchory’s Raemoir Road. I have to admit I was put off by its name, but as soon as you see the brand-new building from the road, you want to get inside.
